Sleep is one of the biggest challenges new parents might face. In the early days it can be unpredictable, without routine or rhythm, as our children grow we worry about if they are getting enough sleep, if we are getting enough sleep, whether we are creating bad habits or not teaching our children to sleep in the right way.
As a parent myself I faced the challenges, and it was hard finding a way forward and I questioned every decision I made on a daily basis.
Now I talk to my clients, parents in the groups I run and attend, parents I meet out and about and hear the same questions I used to ask myself:

person who focuses on your needs and requirements.

Your initial video call with me gives us the chance to talk through your concerns, your questions, and what feels most out of balance. After our chat, I’ll send you a simple, personalised bundle of practical tips and resources by email or WhatsApp, so you can revisit them whenever you need.

A more in depth virtual package to help you explore your baby’s sleep with clarity and confidence.
We’ll start with an initial chat and a simple sleep form so I can understand your baby’s patterns, your family setup, and what feels most out of balance. After reviewing everything, I’ll send you a written overview with a few clear, easy‑to‑try suggestions tailored to your situation. You’ll then have 2 further virtual support calls with me, to check in, adjust what’s not working, and build your confidence.

A supported sleep journey offering long term support
We begin with an initial chat and sleep form so I can properly understand your baby, your family, and what you’re hoping for in your nights. After reviewing your everything , I’ll send you a personalised plan that fits your values and the way you like to parent.
You’ll then have 4 virtual support calls with me, spaced over a few weeks, where we listen, troubleshoot, and gently refine what’s working for you. Between sessions, I’ll send follow‑up notes and resources by email or WhatsApp so you always feel supported.
